RETURNS POLICY We promise to refund any items that you are not completely happy with when you return it to us in saleable condition by post within 14 days of receipt. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. Please contact info@arrogantcat.com quoting your order number should you wish to return your purchase stating your reason and we will reply to you with a return authorisation code which needs to be stated on the parcel when you send it back. All items purchased on arrogantcat.com can be posted back to us to the following address: Arrogant Cat eCommerce, G/F, 12 Kensington Church Street, W8 4EP, UK Please also note that items must be returned with all of the barcode tags intact. Your items should be in their original packaging. We are unable to offer exchanges at this time. You will need to return the unwanted item to us for processing first and then place a new order. PRICE & PAYMENT OPTIONS We accept American Express, Visa, Visa Delta, Visa Electron, Maestro, MasterCard, Solo, Arcadia Group Store cards and PayPal. If you have paid on your debit, credit or charge card you will only be charged once the goods have been dispatched to the delivery address. We will email you to confirm dispatch. The amount you pay will be the price indicated plus any delivery charges.
