We, Arrogant Cat have secured worldwide trademarks of our Name and Devices. In order to protect our Brand presence in all territories; we vet our potential franchisees with due care and diligence.

In principal, depending on your cities demographic; we shall be seeking an initial franchise fee for using the trade mark in business. Under normal circumstance; our franchise agreement is for a perpetual term, renewable every 3 years.
