Depending on availability, purchases may be made either directly through Arrogantcat.com or through the assistance of our online personal shoppers, who will use their best efforts to secure your desired piece(s).
Online purchases from this section of the website may be purchased by all countries listed in the checkout section.
Product Availability
Arrogant Cat products available for purchase online include clothing and accessories. All products on the website are subject to availability; as necessary, we reserve the right to limit the quantity of products we supply; supply only part of an order or to divide up orders. We also reserve the right to alter the terms or duration of any special offers or sale promotion. We will inform you if we are unable to fill your order.
Pricing and Payment Options
While we try to ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered, we will give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled.
Title to any products you order on this website, and risk of loss or damage to products, passes to you on delivery of the products, provided that we have received payment in full for the products.
All prices for retail customers include VAT at the applicable current rates, but exclude delivery charges unless expressly stated otherwise.
For wholesale customers worldwide, all prices are exclusive of VAT. The VAT charges only apply to those based in U.K., Ireland and Channel Islands. This also applies to all E.U. countries unless provided with a valid VAT number.

The transaction will be charged to your credit card after we have verified your card details and received credit authorization. If you receive a confirmation of order message after completing your transaction, your credit card transaction has been successful.
Delivery
Arrogant Cat online purchases may only be delivered to the billing address of your credit card. For security purposes it will require a signature by an adult aged over 18 upon delivery. Purchases may not be shipped to P.O. boxes or BFPO addresses.
Delivery charges are specified when you place an order and is non refundable. Please allow one to two business days for process of your order unless expressly stated otherwise, excluding the delivery service time. Purchases are delivered by various shippers according to the delivery address. Orders are processed and delivered Monday to Friday, excluding public and bank holidays. Arrogant Cat cannot be responsible for unanticipated delays.
Tracking
Once your order is placed, you will receive confirmation via email. This email will contain the name of the carrier used to send your goods and the reference number for the delivery. If needed, you will be able to track your delivery directly with the shipping company.
Returns/Cancellations
Order Cancellations
Under the United Kingdoms Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from Arrogant Cat for a full refund. This does not apply to items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons; these items are clearly marked with a "+"next to the product name.
Order cancellations must be made in writing, quoting your order number, within 7 days to our head office.
If your order still says "Processing" (this can be found on our Track Your Order page) it may be possible to cancel your order before it is dispatched. Please contact us immediately at
Return or exchange an item
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply write to us at
- The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
- The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.

Faulty Item
If the item you received is faulty, please contact returns@arrogantcat.com quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement, within 7 days of receipt. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. You have 30 days from receipt of the faulty item to return it to us.
